Your email address (for sign-in and billing), your subscription tier and usage counts, and operational logs (timestamps, request metadata). We do not store your prompt text in plaintext application logs.
The text you submit is sent to third-party AI providers to generate a response, and to a reconciliation model. It is not sold. Providers process it under their own terms; do not submit sensitive personal data you are not authorized to share.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; Stripe does, under its own privacy policy.
We set a single secure, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising trackers.
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service (AI providers for your request, Stripe for billing, Cloudflare for hosting) and where required by law.
We keep account data while your account is active. To access, export, or delete your data, or to close your account, email oteo@djoteo.com and we will act on your request.
